Ladies and Gentlemen,
Below you will read the standard new practices to visiting our Spa, as well on how to online book your next appointment. We are available to reach anytime you have further questions via email, Luminancelaserspa@gmail.com
Scheduling online for your appointment:
You can go to our website: Luminancelaserspa.com, were you will see a link to “Request Appointment.” Please click this link and it will transfer you to the “Booker” app to schedule. This is the only way you will be able to book your appointments until after your first appointment.
We are requesting that if you are a new client with us, to please email us for an available appointment, and please do NOT book online. Your appointments will be cancelled if you try to book online.
If you are a client that has purchased more then one treatment with us and receives treatments on all areas in one visit, please only book for the largest area of treatment.
Example: If you are having a Laser Hair Removal treatment for your lower legs and underarms, ONLY book for the lower leg area. Both areas will be treated, but the scheduling times have been changed to accommodate for longer sessions.
Reopening, arrival for appointments:
We are asking that all clients past and new to please follow the guidelines to enter the office. Once you arrive to the office, we are asking you to remain in your vehicle until your aesthetician is ready to see you and the client before you have left the office. You can notify us of your arrival two ways, you may call the office at 302-453-4043, but the easiest way is to download the BOOKER App to your phone and simply hit “Check In.”
If no one gets to your phone call please do NOT enter the office, we will call you
either way to let you know you may enter and start your treatment.
Clients will now park in the rear of the building of Luminance, you will now enter in through a private entrance away from the Doctor’s office patients. This door is locked from the outside so you will not be able to enter the office. This is allowing us to ensure everyone’s direct safety and for you to only have contact with me. Once you enter the office you will have your temperature checked before proceeding into the Spa for treatment.
